Been here for a year and a half so far I have renewed my lease it is a good community. Will probably renew again if rent doesn’t go up goo much

Been living at One305 Central for almost a year. The office team hosts a lot of events that are great for meeting new people and creating a real sense of community. The gym and other amenities are well-maintained. You can tell that maintenance and the whole staff really care about the community and everyone that lives here.

Super easy move in and everyone was very helpful! No feedback at all it was a great experience. They even let us use a cart so we didn’t have to haul all our boxes in.
