  • Cats and dogs are welcome

  • Up to 2 pets per apartment home

  • Combined pet weight up to 100 lbs per home

  • Homes with a combined pet weight over 100 lbs are limited to first-floor apartments

Breed Restrictions

Breed restrictions apply at One305 Central, so be sure to contact the leasing office for the current list of restricted breeds to make sure you’re within the guidelines. 

Pet Fees & Deposits
