Been living at One305 Central for almost a year. The office team hosts a lot of events that are great for meeting new people and creating a real sense of community. The gym and other amenities are well-maintained. You can tell that maintenance and the whole staff really care about the community and everyone that lives here.

Great place to live. Love the amenities. Close proximity to all the places to eat and things to do. Love the secured parking as that was a must for me.

Living in One305 has been an exceptional experience so far. The location is by far one of the greatest and safest in Plaza Midwood with breweries, restaurants, and the light rail station all being within walking distance. Cannot say enough good things about One305! Please keep making Plaza Midwood a great place to live :)

I’ve never lived in an apartment complex that cares so much about residents! The staff are so easy to contact, and helpful and always friendly! Plus, there are no issues with questions, concerns, maintenance, etc. Thank you!

Love living here! The staff and neighborhood is amazing and the amenities are phenomenal. Whenever there is an issue, maintenance is always so quick to come and fix the problem

Everything has been great so far. Very simple process, great amenities, so far it’s been a good experience, and the complex is located in a great area of plaza midwood!

I love living here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. When you have a maintenance issue they reply and fix as soon as possible. The office staff is also very quick to respond to questions. It is a perfect location with many different places to walk to!

Great experience with move-in process and love the amenities provided! Rooms are spacious and utilities are great and up to date. Per friendly as well which is a plus.

I love it here! The staff is so friendly and make sure the outdoor areas are well maintained and aesthetically appealing. I love how close the complex is so walkable restaurants and grocery stores.
